The Recycling Yard may be closed under severe weather conditions.
Holiday Hours
- We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Weekend of the Fog Festival, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (and Saturdays after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s).

WELCOME
The Pacifica Recycling Yard serves as a drop-off location for residential Recology of the Coast customers. (Please be prepared to show proof.)
- Please note:
One carload of materials per day per household
Customers must be able to offload items without assistance.
Material must be brought in by account holder
No Trailers or U-Haul’s
Paint cans without lids or labels cannot and will not be accepted.
Accepted Items:

*5-gallon limit per month per household. **A fee may be charged for items such as refrigerators, toilets, tires, and plastic dishwashers. |
Unacceptable items:
- Bubble wrap or plastic bags
- Clothing, pillows, mattress toppers, rugs etc.
- Construction Debris (Dirt, rock, concrete, tile, doors, etc.)
- Garbage
- Glass (tables, windows)
- Hazardous waste
- Medications
- Memory Foam mattresses
- Organic waste
- Printer cartridges
- Propane tanks
- Treated wood (e.g., plywood, pressure treated wood, painted wood.)
