Bulky Items Pacifica

1 Bulky Item Pick Up Consist of:

Five (5) garbage bags (32-gallon size) up to 30 lbs. each OR 1 item no longer than 6 ft and no heavier than 100 pounds.

RESIDENTS

Pacifica residents (single family homes) receive 3 curbside bulky item collections per calendar year at no charge. If you exhaust your number of free pickups, you may request additional collections for a fee.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at 650.355.9000 at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in loss of the pick-up and will count as one of your three Bulk Pick Ups for the year.

 

We cannot pick up the following items:

  • Asphalt
  • Construction Debris (dirt, rock, concrete, tile etc.)
  • Freezers
  • Glass or Mirrors
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Liquids
  • Organic Waste (tree branches, grass clippings, etc.)
  • Refrigerators
  • Sludge
  • Treated Wood or Painted Wood

COMMERCIAL

Townhouses and apartments; please notify the property manager to schedule bulky item pick-ups for a fee.

Businesses may utilize this service for a fee. Give us a call to receive free estimates.

        A grassroots and non-profit organization of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own communities.

        Goodwill® inspires hope and self-confidence, helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life to feel successful, valuable, and dignified.

  • Pick of the Litter
    Buy or donate items and help homeless animals. All proceeds benefit the Peninsula Humane Society.

  • RAFT (Resource Area for Teaching)
    Everything you donate is used to help children learn.

  • Recycle for Breast Cancer
    Help protect the environment and support a worthy cause. Recycle for Breast Cancer provides prepaid shipping labels, envelopes, or collection materials based on the condition, quantity, and weight of the items you have.
