Hello, SeaTac Residents!

The City of SeaTac is hosting its Fall Recycling Event, and you are invited. For more details, please see below:

 

Event Details:

The event will be at S. 136th St. between DMMD and 2000 S 136th St., SeaTac, WA 98168. Entrance is off of Des Moines Memorial Dr. at South 138th St.

No vehicles may enter after 3pm. DO NOT line up before 8:30am.

Items accepted:

  • Batteries (please sort largest quantities by type)
  • Oil, oil filters and antifreeze (limit 25 gallons/household and container cannot exceed five gallons)
  • Confidential Material Shredding (limit 3 boxes per vehicle)
  • Propane Tanks; Tires (limit 10 per vehicle)
  • Electronics (no vacuum cleaners)
  • Cardboard (please flatten)
  • Toilets and Porcelain Sinks
  • Appliances and scrap metal (remove all gases, fluids, or liquids from all items. No vehicles. No items with chemicals.)
  • Plastic Film
  • CFL light bulbs

NOT accepted:

  • NO Yard debris or commercial loads.
  • Vendors at the event reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet their requirements.
  • For all events, attendees are advised to stay in their cars. Event staff will direct you to drop-off lanes where we will unload everything for you. This ensures a safe and efficient process.
