What I like about working at Recology:
I like working at Recology because you learn something new every day. It is very family oriented, and everyone is always willing to give a helping hand.

Why my job is important:
I am the bridge between the drivers, office personnel and the customer. In order to give excellent customer service we rely heavily on communication between these groups of people.

Since I started working at Recology, I view the waste management industry differently:
I never realized how much garbage could be recycled. Now all my family and I are more aware of what goes in the garbage and what we can recycle.

What it means to me to be an Employee Owner:
I am aware of what goes on in our daily operations. If there is anything I can do to save our company time and money I make the suggestion to my operations manager. This is our company and we need to take care of it as we do our family.

My favorite hobby:
Coaching football.
